2. Digital & Physical Assets

Trend Toy offers both physical collectibles and associated digital assets (NFTs). The purchase of a physical item may grant you access to claim a corresponding digital twin. Ownership of the digital asset is recorded on the blockchain and is subject to the rules of the network.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and cryptographic keys that you use to access your account or wallet. Trend Toy cannot recover lost private keys and is not responsible for any loss of assets due to compromised security on your end.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all content, IP, branding, and designs associated with our products remain the property of Trend Toy. Purchasing a digital or physical asset grants you specific commercial or non-commercial rights as outlined in the specific asset's license agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trend Toy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
